  • Weapons and Items
    • Updated the following weapons to have consistent SCU sizes (these were inconsistent outliers): Volt LMG, FS9, P4AR, P6LR, F55, Arclight, Ravager

    • Heavy weapons (Shotguns, Snipers, LMGs)

      • New sway profiles on heavy weapons, Sniper has its own profile (except the aztkav)
    • Snipers

      • Fixed an issue where ballistic snipers would not penetrate shields
      • Atzkav
        • Increased damage from 100 to 120 (can 1 tap heavy heads)
        • Increased projectile speed from 500 to 750
        • Fixed all atzkav optic skins to have a functional optic
      • Scalpel
        • Aim down sight time decreased from 0.4 to 0.28
      • A03
        • Aim down sight time decreased from 0.435 to 0.35
    • LMGs

      • VOLT LMG
        • Damage increased from 6.5 - 9
        • Min fire rate with heat modifier increased from 0.15 to 0.2
        • Damage modifier with heat decreased from 8 - 6
        • This should make the VOLT LMG more effective at low heat keeping its damaging profile feeling good throughout usage as well as buffing the high end
    • SMGs

      • Ripper
        • Fall off damage start increased from 22.5m to 35m (Has no fall off akin to other laser weapons)
      • Custodian
        • Decreased max spread from 7.25 to 4.5
        • Decreased shot per spread from 1.02 to 0.77
        • Increased damage per shot from 12 to 13
        • Aim down sight time decreased from 0.235 to 0.21
      • C54
        • Decreased max spread from 6.5 to 5
        • Decreased spread per shot from 1.35 to 0.8
      • Quarts
        • Heat damage multiplier adjusted from 3 - 1
        • Heat, Heat multiplier adjusted from 1.5 - 1
        • Damage increased from 185 to 225
    • LMGs

      • F55
        • Decreased max spread from 13.5 to 6.5
        • Increased spread decay from 2.5 to 4
    • Special

      • Reverted an unintended adjustment to the Animus missile launcher (speed and range decreased reverted)

  • Potential Fix: CFP vs HH - Fix for the body in EliminateSpecific despawning while the mission is in progress
  • Potential Fix: RSI Constellation All Variants - PU - Vehicles / Server Meshing - Docked Merlin disappears from Constellation upon server authority transition (STARC-150580)
  • Potential Fix: Origin 600i ALL Variants - PU - Vehicles - Glass door visareas show outside of the vehicle rather than the connecting room
  • Potential Fix: PU - Stanton - Wikelo’s Emporium - The Collector - Missions - Art / Narrative - Wikelo banners have the incorrect textures asking for the wrong item

  • Potential Fix: PU - Vehicles / Salvage / Crafting - Not able to craft multi-tool attachments with salvage mats (STARC-181347)
  • Potential Fix: PU - Engine / Actor - Physics - Weapons - Projectiles are not registered when piercing through water bodies from either way (STARC-180509)

  • Potential Fix: Multi-Vehicle - PU / AC - Vehicles / Interaction - Vehicle Pilot Seat loses entry interaction if actor exits the seat as vehicle is landing (STARC-179992) (Pilot Enter Seat interaction is disabled if the actor leaves the pilot seat while falling to the ground)

Features & Gameplay

  • Gameplay

    • Leaked internal documents from the Associated Science and Development Group suggest that a major containment operation is underway deep within their Onyx Facility. The documents describe the discovery of a vast underground cave system during recent excavation work, where a large and reportedly dangerous creature was encountered.
    • Sources indicate that the group has since implemented reinforced airlock systems throughout the site to maintain safety. Personnel have reportedly been advised to bring small fire teams, equipped with tractor beams and ample ammunition.
    • The Associated Science and Development Group has not yet issued an official statement regarding the incident.
  • Economy Balance Changes

    • Initial Industrial Patch Changes to Bulk Grade Commodities.
    • Mining of Bulk Grade Commodities (Iron, Tin, Tunsgten ETC) Should see between a 8-15% increase to profits.)
    • Free Trade should see a 15-20% increase to ROI for Bulk Grade commodities (Hydrogen, Processed Food, Steel, Pressurized Ice, Helium etc) - If we let you buy it in 32 SCU crates it’s probably Bulk Grade.
    • Specific Balance Changes
      • Heart of the Woods wasn’t anywhere near valuable enough for it’s grade and got increased a lot
      • Partiullium was on the other hand 400% above standard for the value for it’s grade and got bumped down to only be 200% above standard
      • Scrap price got buffed overall, however the two best locations to sell scrap are now some of the stations in Pyro, which encourages trade between systems.
    • Construction Materials Changes
      • In line with the increased in value per single SCU of Construction Material, it’s now primarily sold in 8SCU increments at corresponding buy locations.
      • Construction Sub-material Rates: The Refining Speed, Yield and Cost for the 3 Construction Salvage Materials have been updated and implemented, for more specifics on the values and reasoning here, Andrei is the expert and can provide some insight.
      • The goal here is that while larger salvage ships provide a meaningful level of improvement to efficiency, the smaller ships do not become completely irrelevant.

  • Potential Fix: Morozov SH-I Helmet Series - Actor - Armor - Lightning / GFX - The Helmet’s Flashlight is lighting up from the default left temple (STARC-180098)
  • Potential Fix: PU - Pyro - Rundown Stations - Cargo deck - Collision / locations - There is missing walls missing floors and missing collision in the cargo decks of all pyro rest stop station (STARC-181326)
  • Potential Fix: PU - Inventory - Splitting items in inventory triggers infinite refresh/loading loop (STARC-181331)
  • Potential Fix: PU - UI / Controls / Actor - Game Options - Players cannot open the Game Options Menu (Esc Key) if it was left opened while the player dies and respawns (STARC-169089)
  • Potential Fix: PU - Area18 - Locations / Art - Adira Falls Apartments missing hab level interiors (STARC-181455)
  • Potential Fix: PU - Mission - NPE - After completing NPE Main Menu asked if you want to do NPE tutorial again
  • Fix for weapon racks not respawning after being looted

FYI, Waka confirmed that the Yormandi spawning twice is an intended mechanic, not a bug. It really is a feature
