      We’ve made a few balance changes to the amounts of medgel contained in canisters and tiered medical beds.
      • Canister changed from 100 to 200 medgel.
      • T3 Bed changed from 100 (1 revive) capacity to 200 (2 revives)
      • T2 Bed changed from 200 (2 revive) capacity to 400 (4 revives)
      • T1 Bed changed from 400 (4 revive) capacity to 600 (6 revives)

  • Potential Fix: PU - ASD Delving - Phase 3 - Manic Scientist Data - Mission Content / Desync - The scientist’s pod door will appear closed for certain players with the mission
  • Potential Fix: AC - Free Flight - UI - Free Flight mode is missing FPS Loadout button on the Front End despite being an Flight and FPS mode
  • Potential Fix: PU - Stanton - ASD Delving - Phase 3 - Biomass processor - Mission Content / Actor / Female only - Female actors are unable to activate the biomass processor

As we’ve previously talked about it was occurring too often and we’ve put a fix into 4.3.1 for it to occur far less often and if it does they will rag doll a lot quicker

Features & Gameplay

  • Gameplay
    • Onyx Facility and Mission Polish
      Adjusted rewards given for Onyx Facility completion to be based on path taken. Made dozens of audio updates for location ambience, audio logs, wildlines, audio mixing pass, and more.
  • Locations
    • Lorville Weapon Vendors
      Removed placeholder Lorville security office kiosks and temporarily moving FPS weapons into Tammany and Sons inventory until Security Office can be added.
  • AI
    • FPS AI Death Behavior
      Integrating much of the human death animation and behavior from SQ42 into the PU. This will bring much more proper death and hit animation reactions when engaged in FPS combat with AI.

Ships and Vehicles

  • Armour and Ballistic Damage changes iteration pt.2
    In order to enhance the overall ship ballistic weapons in gameplay the team iterated on these changes during the PTU cycle for the upcoming patch.
    Base armour ballistic reduction damage has now been set to 38% across all ships (previously 50% in 4.3.0 and 40% in 4.3.1 PTU) with some few exception that the team think required a specific unique tuning. This means that ballistic guns will be more effective across the board against all targets, especially when shields are down.
    Shield ballistic absorption reduction damage has now been set to 45% for all shields (previously 30% in 4.3.0 and 20% in 4.3.1 PTU). This means that ballistic guns will be less effective across the board against all targets when they have their shields up and running.

  • Potential Fix: PU - Vehicles / Cargo - Freight Elevators / Cargo Grids - Vehicle Components - Certain vehicle components will clip into the ground when snapped to a cargo grid
  • Potential Fix: PU - Actor / Interactions - Inserting MedGel cannister into Medical Kiosk Receptacle removes player ability to interact (STARC-178933)
  • Potential Fix: PU - ASD Onyx - Phase 3 - Cooling Units - Mission Content - Plasma cells can fail to spawn in at the mission location
  • Potential Fix: PU - Missions / AI - UGF - Nine Tails are continuously spawning during the intro Eckhart mission (STARC-177057)
  • Potential Fix: VOLT Zenith Sniper Rifle - PU - Weapons / Audio - SFX - The Zenith Rifle does not have SFX when charging the shot (STARC-178954)
  • Potential Fix: PU - ASD - Locations - The engineering wing storage room and all the trip mines never reset. Once the storage room is opened it remains opened

    • Medical Bed Respawn Updates
      Updated medbed respawn flow for separate medgel use per Tier injury. T3 costs 5 medgel, T2 costs 10 medgel, T1 costs 20 medgel. Players will only be charged once for the highest tier the player has, no matter how many injuries are healed at once.
      Medical bed respawn flow updated with tiered allowed respawn ranges. Outside of these distances you will not be able to respawn at your ship.

      • T3 - 50km

sc-testing-chat | Wakapedia-CIG: Bit of an extra callout from John Crewe this morning! He put in some potential fixes for not equipped modules attached to ship packages disappearing on insurance claim. This should include the mk2 hornet ball turret/missile rack,/TMSB-5 turret, and the Apollo modules. Let me know if you’ve seen them stick around when you claim your ship or (hopefully not) disappear still!

Quick update today to resolve a few issues for our RC2 update

Bug Fixes

  • Potential Fix: PU - Medbed - Respawn Screen / Vehicles / Medical Screens - Tier 1 medical bed maximum distance respawn is incorrect (Should also help with other beds and STARC-179887)
  • PU - Medbed - Medical Screens / Vehicles / Exploit - No MedGel is consumed upon respawning at a medical bed that is already occupied (Prevent players from spawning into occupied beds)
  • Potential Fix: PU - Actor - Player character does not receive fall damage
  • Potential Fix: PU - Stanton - ASD Delving - Phase3 - Regeneration Analysis - Mission Content - Multiple manic scientists can spawn at the same time
