Star Citizen - This looks PERFECT... (NEW RSI Arrastra)

"A Star Citizen reaction video showcasing the new RSI Arrastra. It’s a new large mining vehicle from RSI and I absolutely love the look of it. Able to go out, mine refine, and carry back large amounts of material, it’s going to be a very popular ship in the verse. Not only do the functions stack up, but it also owns some of the best looks in any mining vehicle in the game. "

Cloud Imperium Games, the developers of Star Citizen, have recently announced a new ship called the RSI Arrastra. The Arrastra is a large mining ship that fills the gap between the smaller Prospector and the larger Orion ships in terms of size and functionality. The ship features a sleek design with a combination of white and black color schemes, along with unique triangular pillars and LED lighting.

The Arrastra has been designed to showcase the core visual elements of the RSI family while also incorporating industrial elements. It boasts a functional and comfortable habitation area for the crew, as well as plenty of utility spaces for day-to-day activities. The ship also includes an onboard refinery, extensive ore storage, and cargo space. It can accommodate a crew of up to five and has multiple mining stations, allowing for simultaneous mining operations.

One of the standout features of the Arrastra is its transformable remote turrets. The two turrets located at the front of the ship can slide forwards and backwards, while the large center turret can descend through the ship and cover the underside. This allows for 360-degree mining capabilities and provides a unique perspective for crew members during mining operations.

The ship is not suited for planetary mining and is specifically designed for deep space mining on large asteroids. It leverages existing mining loops and mechanics in the game and combines lessons learned from the previous Orion ship design. The Arrastra is considered a versatile all-in-one mining vessel, offering the ability to mine, refine, and transport resources.

The announcement of the RSI Arrastra has garnered excitement from players, with many expressing their eagerness to acquire the ship when it becomes available. The ship’s design, functionality, and bridging of the gap between smaller and larger mining ships have been praised. Some players who already own the Orion ship are curious about the decision to develop another mining ship before completing the Orion’s development, but overall, the Arrastra has generated enthusiasm and anticipation among Star Citizen fans.
