Recover Lost Pledge Gear - 3.22 In Testing, Freight Elevators & Pyro | Star Citizen This Week

This week in Star Citizen, players can expect updates including a galactic update from the law team, the reopening of Jumptown, a new road map update with potential surprises, and insight into the Pyro playground in “Inside Star Citizen.” The Inter Galactic Aerospace Expo is coming to an end, and Alpha 3.22 is being tested by the Evocati, with a focus on stability and the anticipation of freight elevators that will allow players to retrieve lost gear from the pledge store in the future.

This week in Star Citizen, there are several updates and events to look forward to. On Tuesday, there will be a new galactic update from the law team, providing more in-depth information on the game’s lore. Additionally, Jumptown reopens with a schedule post coming soon.

Wednesday brings a new road map update, which may include more features and improvements beyond what is shown on the road map. The builds have been known to contain surprises, so it will be interesting to see what is added.

Thursday’s “Inside Star Citizen” will focus on the Pyro playground, where players were able to explore the new upcoming system. The episode will give insight into the content and testing that took place. Additionally, the Siege of Orison event will be available for players throughout the weekend as an alternative to Jumptown.

There will be no Star Citizen Live on Friday as the team will be attending a bar citizen event in Dublin. However, the Weekly Newsletter will still be emailed out.

In other news, the Inter Galactic Aerospace Expo is coming to an end, giving players just a few more days to test and purchase ships. The event concludes on November 30th.

In terms of upcoming updates, Alpha 3.22 has been released to the Evocati (the first wave of testers) on the PTU. However, the focus of testing is currently on stability, with new features not yet ready for testing. The replication layer split is expected to be introduced in the 3.21 branch on the tech preview channel. The release of the quarter 4 patch, often around December 20th or 22nd, may include the replication layer split.

Lastly, a recent announcement revealed that freight elevators will eventually allow players to retrieve lost gear from the pledge store. The functionality and details of this feature will be revealed closer to the release of the freight elevators, which are likely to be introduced in the first quarter of next year.
