Starfield is potentially the most anticipated game being released in years, with expectations for the game being extremely high. Recently there has been a Showcase by Microsoft and Bethesda which will be coming in June, offering insight into what to expect from the game. Players will be able to enjoy a single player RPG adventure, reminiscent of Skyrim and Fallout in space. Modding may become available after launch, giving the game long lasting potential.
Whilst there may be bugs on the game’s launch day, Bethesda have likely learnt from past experiences. It is unlikely that the bugs will be game destroying, however some may expect the game to be a genre defining masterpiece. This is a little ambitious and more than likely this game will redefine what gaming can be but not necessarily be the ‘next big thing’.
