Star Citizen Alpha 3.19.1 Addresses Some Long Running Problems

Star Citizen has been in the news again this past week and the Star Citizen Newsletter provided an update on the game. In Alpha 3.19.1,which is set to be released soon, there will be bug fixes that improve the game’s stability and accessibility. Alongside this, the Aesoep terminals are getting a technical refactor, which will reduce waiting time when spawning ships, prevent players from accidentally spawning the same ship twice and added various other improvements.

The International Bar Citizen Weekend is taking place on the 18th and 19th June, with events hosted across the world. This is a great chance for players to meetup and ask questions of the Star Citizen team. There are also updates to the Arena Commander game mode, with the introduction of Planet Gree and 4 new racetracks, plus new combat and dogfighting maps. Additionally, this coming week Squadron 42 will have updated monthly reports and there will be updates for Star Marine for 3.20.

To finish off, Cloud Imperium have adjusted prices of some ships, with the Cutlass Black, Avenger Titan and Vanguard Hoplite increasing by $10, $5 and $5 respectively. There is also a prize giveaway for a Constellation Andromeda hybrid cargo gunship with lifetime insurance.
