:fallen_leaf:(Tuesday) Latest Client Hotfix has now rolled over onto the LIVE environment with a handful of the top client and server crash fixes

We got some great logging from it and are testing code put in to detect stuck elevators/transit and reset them. Right now this is in 4.0.2 but we may be able to hotfix it over to LIVE if testing goes well. Since this is in early testing today I’m not trying to give hopes up just yet but will have more news later if we can port it over as a hotfix

:fallen_leaf:(Thursday) We are currently still working through many of the top issues that we highlighted from 4.0.1. Our current goal is to publish 4.0.2 to PTU as soon as we get strong fixes in for transit/elevator issues. This could be as early as Friday (tomorrow) or early next week (Monday/Tuesday)

(Friday) Today we are going to be releasing a new 4.0.2 build to PTU for Evocati only over the weekend while we work on further transit and elevator updates. This initial build will have a new Pyro Event as well as 24+ Issue Council bug fixes to test. Goal is still to have Elevators in a much better state to open further waves. ruben bad

Alpha Patch 4.0.2 has been released onto the PTU environment for Evocati to test! Launcher should now show: VERSION 4.0.2-PTU.9515634.

Testing/Feedback Focus

  • 4.0.2 Release Goals
    • The 4.0.2 release is highly focused on 3 key points to improve and fix as many top key gameplay issues as possible, improve connectivity/stability, and begin the latest Supply or Die Pyro Event. This build pulls in all the current bug and stability fixes that were not compatible with hotfixing into 4.0.1.
  • Stability, Performance, and Bugfix Testing
  • Supply or Die Event
    • Without giving away the full detail, Supply Or Die is Pyro’s answer to Jumptown from the Stanton System. This event will run throughout the PTU cycle in 4.0.2 and have factions to join.
      This is going to be a PVP event once out of Evocati, but during this time keep the Evocati No PVP rule in effect until further waves are open. PVP only allowed when players consent.
